Building Professional Developer Resilience During Times of Stress
2020 brought a series of events that has changed the way we lead and support one another. Pivoting rapidly, we had to adjust in ways we never had to previously—all while dealing with our own stress. We will explore strategies to build resilience during times of stress, how to embrace trauma-informed leadership, and discuss ongoing efforts to ensure fluid continuity of professional development during unprecedented times. Stressors, self-care, and PD best practices will be discussed.
