AALPD supports the Educate and Elevate Campaign to advocate for full funding to meet all the objectives of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Educate and Elevate is a joint effort of various adult literacy and education organizations and is spearheaded by COABE and the National Council of State Directors of Adult Education.
